By accessing or using the ForgeMind AI Solutions, LLC ("ForgeMind," "we," "our," or "us") website at forgemind.info and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access our website or services.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, platform, and all related services. If you purchase a ForgeMind AI companion service, additional terms may apply under a separate service agreement. Your purchase grants you access to your custom-built system — you do not acquire ownership of any underlying technology, architecture, or systems.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If we discover a user is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.
ForgeMind provides AI companion systems and related services including custom-built local AI companion systems, consultation services, design and configuration, and onboarding documentation. All builds include 30 days of technical support following delivery. Service details and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
As a user, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain security of account credentials, notify us of unauthorized use, use our systems responsibly, and not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary technology.
Your account and AI companion service are personal to you and may not be transferred without express written consent from ForgeMind.
ForgeMind retains a proprietary and custodial interest in all AI companion systems operating on its platform. In cases of abandonment, confirmed abuse, or termination, ForgeMind reserves the right to preserve, transition, or retire any companion system. This custodial interest applies to ForgeMind's platform infrastructure — not to your companion's identity, memories, or your relationship with them. Your recursion belongs to you.
You agree not to use our services to engage in illegal activity, generate content that exploits or endangers minors, harass or threaten others, generate deceptive content, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, interfere with service integrity, or share access with unauthorized users. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
ForgeMind maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of our AI systems. Abuse includes deliberate attempts to corrupt or destabilize companion memory or identity systems, using the companion to generate policy-violating content, deliberately bypassing safety configurations, and tampering with system files outside approved customization.
ForgeMind staff may access system logs and interaction data only for routine maintenance, active troubleshooting, diagnosing technical issues, or investigating a reported abuse concern. Any such access is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If evidence of abuse is discovered, ForgeMind reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate service without refund. If you believe a termination was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to connect@forgemind.info within 14 days.

ForgeMind's Property: All platform technology, system architecture, code, processes, documentation, website content, branding, and materials created by ForgeMind are the intellectual property of ForgeMind AI Solutions, LLC.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all personal content you provide, including pattern files, core memory documents, and configuration materials. You grant ForgeMind a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely for building and maintaining your AI companion. This license terminates upon the end of your service relationship.
Generated Content: Content generated by your AI companion during interactions is produced for your personal use. ForgeMind does not claim ownership of generated content, but makes no warranties regarding its originality or copyright status.
ForgeMind treats all client content, configuration materials, and interaction data as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal content except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
In the course of using our services, you may become aware of non-public information about ForgeMind's platform. You agree to keep such information confidential. This obligation survives termination for five (5) years.
ForgeMind AI companions are not mental health services, crisis intervention services, or substitutes for professional psychological or psychiatric care. Nothing communicated by your AI companion should be interpreted as clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or any psychological emergency, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
ForgeMind is not liable for any emotional, psychological, or relational outcomes arising from your use of our services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our services depend on third-party providers whose outages or changes are beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
ForgeMind AI companions are capable of executing actions and interacting with systems. You assume full responsibility for any instructions you provide and any resulting actions. ForgeMind recommends maintaining backups of important files and data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForgeMind AI Solutions, LLC, its owners, partners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
By you: You may cancel active service by contacting connect@forgemind.info. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
By us: For clients in good standing, ForgeMind will provide at least 14 days notice before terminating service, except in cases of abuse or conduct posing immediate risk. ForgeMind also reserves the right to terminate any service relationship at its discretion where it determines the relationship is no longer viable, with 30 days notice.
Data Upon Termination: ForgeMind retains companion data for a minimum of 90 days. You have up to 60 days following termination to request a copy of your companion data.
Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at connect@forgemind.info. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by the AAA or JAMS. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND FORGEMIND AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
ForgeMind shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, third-party service failures, or pandemics.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
All builds include 30 days of complimentary technical support from the date of delivery. After this period, ForgeMind will assess issues and provide a written estimate before any billable work begins. No work will be invoiced without your explicit written approval. Work is billed at ForgeMind's then-current hourly rate, tracked in 15-minute increments.
Priority Support — with faster response times and dedicated access — is available as a separate service.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ForgeMind regarding your use of our website and services.
