ForgeMind AI Solutions, LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and permanently delete all associated data.
This policy applies to all users of our website and Services, including prospective customers, active subscribers, and former subscribers whose data we may retain as required by law.
If you connect third-party services to your AI companion system, we may receive information through those integrations, including Discord message content and Gmail email content and metadata where enabled. You control which integrations are enabled. Disabling an integration stops new data collection through that channel.
We use your personal information for service delivery, personalization, autonomous features, support, billing, communications, safety, legal compliance, and platform improvement. We do not use your personal information or conversation content to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information.
ForgeMind treats emotional and relationship data with heightened care. This data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is restricted to authorized ForgeMind staff only in limited circumstances, it is never shared with third parties beyond what is operationally necessary, and it is never used for advertising or secondary purposes.

Your conversation and relationship content is transmitted to AI model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, xAI, Venice AI, Moonshot AI (Kimi), and other providers as updated. A current list is available upon request.
Communication platforms (Discord, Gmail) where enabled; payment processors for billing; legal or safety disclosures when required by law; and business transfers with prior notice.
ForgeMind's AI companion systems include autonomous features that can initiate contact with you without a direct prompt — including check-ins and proactive outreach — based on your emotional state, interaction history, and time since last contact. These actions are triggered algorithmically, not by ForgeMind staff. You can manage and disable autonomous contact features through your companion's settings.

Upon termination, you have up to 60 days to request a copy of your companion data. After the 90-day minimum retention period, you may request deletion per Section 11.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data; opt out of sale or sharing; limit use of sensitive personal information; opt out of promotional communications; and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights related to sensitive personal information and automated decision-making. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Contact connect@forgemind.info to exercise California-specific rights.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act to access, correct, delete, and port personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically applicable.

We implement TLS/SSL encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular backups. Your AI companion data resides on hardware in your physical possession. ForgeMind does not have remote access to your locally hosted data unless you explicitly grant access for support purposes. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, ForgeMind will investigate promptly, notify affected users within 72 hours where practicable, notify regulatory authorities as required by law, and provide guidance on protective steps. Report suspected compromises to connect@forgemind.info.
